I like that. It has a ring to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This <strong>10-ingredient recipe<\/strong> is for those of you wanting something a little special this grilling season. Grilled corn is great and all, but what about with lime juice, sriracha aioli, and fresh herbs!? It&#8217;s kind of like a plant-based version of <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/thetable.homechef.com\/brief-history-elotes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">elotes<\/a> (a popular corn-on-a-stick snack sold by street vendors in Mexico).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s what I thought. Mmmm.&nbsp;Think <strong>creamy<\/strong>,<strong> zesty<\/strong>,<strong> spicy<\/strong>,<strong> smoky<\/strong>,<strong> slightly sweet,<\/strong> and seriously delicious. It pairs <em>perfectly<\/em> against smoky-sweet corn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>*Note: <\/em><\/strong>sriracha is a spicy condiment originating in Thailand.
