Hi, the note after cashews in the ingredient list has the details on soaking: “soaked for 1-2 hours in hot water or overnight in cold water.” After soaking, you’ll drain out the water and use fresh water for blending. Hope that’s more clear!

Been making this recipe for basically ever now. Just wanted to say, if you have any pulp on the bottom of your pitcher, I use it to cook with for a protein boost. I’ll also add a bit of lemon juice, acv, and salt to it to make sour cream. No cashew left behind!
