Hi Kiki, yes, feel free to sub dairy butter if you consume that! Coconut oil might also work, but the muffins will likely be more crumbly and have a slight coconut flavor. Let us know if you do some experimenting!

Hi Rachel, we wouldn’t recommend it. The flavor would be more floury, dense, and less cake-y without the almond flour. If you still want to try it, we would suggest only using about half the amount of GF blend as almond flour because it’s much more absorbent. Hope that helps!
