So so delicious!

This took a tad bit longer for me b/c I used a blender compared to a food processor. I liked how the pasta was slightly burnt & crunchy. Most importantly, my daughter asked for more!

Is there a way to significantly increase the protein and lower the carbs? I’d prioritize the more protein.

Excellent simple recipe. I used the pesto on a thick piece of fish. Very yummy.
